Using Powershell to managed Hyper-V

Today wraps up our Hyper-V launch coverage with this interview I did at TechEd with John Kelbley and Alex Lash. These guys show us a heap of great tricks for managing your Hyper-V machines using Powershell, and introduce us to a bunch of shortcuts that allow even a non-coder to put together some impressive scripts. In fact, all the demos they do in this interview they put together in about 15 minutes before we started recording.

Normally when we deploy an entire network infrastructure and 600 systems out to our users, we are not doing it in only two days. We usually also leave them in production for more than just a week. TechEd isn't all fun and games for the Edge guys, we had to work while we were here too.
Actually, that part was fun too. Joey and I presented a session all about cool features in Server 2008, and we enjoyed presenting it as much as the audience seemed to enjoy watching.
Thanks to everyone that came and gave us awesome eval scores, and to everyone who we've bumped in to since the session who has had nice things to say about the presentation. You guys rock.
