Agree. The sound quality is really bad. We will look into this.

Thanks AlexVerboon for tuning into the webcast, and I appologize for any audio issues. The reason we had issues are two fold. First. it was the recording process for the first ~7 minutes I had the mic turned up way to loud. After that it is similar audio quality to TechNet radio interviews, it is not the bestbut glad you were able to get past that.

Secondly this was a new recording process we used. We used live meeting for the recording, and had a wireless mic connected to the laptop to the audio port. We used Live meeting because we simulcasted this event worldwide. So that was part of the issues with the audio quality not being the best.
