Good one. Being from Infrastructure Space, at times I find it difficult to bridge the gap between business needs and the way IS Admins operate. This video has given some new ideas and insights.

Could you please share some of the end results, like the one diagram you mentioned about what we do, why we do... row and column cross hatch....

I do such things today with word or ppt block diagrams and wondering with Visio how you were managed to get raving response!

One of my side-projects requires me to build some of my own tools. In this case: a code generation tool. In a future post, I’ll describe the tool and provide its source, but for now I did want to share some of what I discovered on the way.
