Sometimes you just want to evaluate a new technology, or run through the set up or configuration of a new product, but you just don't have a spare machine available, or the time to build up a new virtual environment. 
In this video Melanie gives us a quick tour of TechNet Virtual Labs, which give you the opportunity to run through hundreds of different labs on Microsoft technologies without having to install or download anything - all the labs spin up virtual machines hosted by Microsoft.
