TechNet Edge - now localized!

You may have noticed a recent change in the layout on Edge, and there have been some behind the scene changes, too.  If you'd prefer a language other than English for the Edge menus, you can now change your localization settings in your profile!  cool!
(we know it's a little buggy.  Please post comments here if you notice translation errors or other stuff we should fix)
