We installed Windows Vista image and have had some issues with (MDT) we use it for all our images of our pool remodel projects.

don't count on it until you see it... and, why are there so many methods of deployment?
aik, wdm, opk, mdt, etc...? (the "etc" is not another method)...
when will microsoft bring it together and provide cutting edge and easy to use methods?

Very good post!!

I have one question (this might be a silly question, but I'm new to this ;-)):

Why build a reference machine, do sysprep and capture the machine and then deploy the captured wim image; why not just use the first task sequence to deploy the OS'es (e.g. drop the capture process)?!?
