I don't believe so. That will break the security model and possibly violate defined usage policies, i.e. what are defined in a User Role. Review Part 3 for more information on User Role. Self-Service Portal is associated with a Library Server which is a host, i.e. a Windows Server 2008 with Hyper-V enabled. What Self-Service Portal provides is a VM deployment and lifecycle management vehicle relevant to "only" the associated Library Server for authorized users. Resources not defined in SCVMM for or created using Self-Service Portal should not be visible within Self-Service Portal.
