One Day at TechEd IT Pro

This is the first year that Tech Ed was split into two weeks: 1 for developers and another for IT Pros. As you know, there are specific differences between the two types, and even further dividing lines within each group. Laura, having attended both weeks, started to feel like an outsider looking in and decided to get to the bottom of what it takes to be an "IT Guy"
