Part 2 of the video interview series with Michael Noel of Convergent Computing.  Michael is a SharePoint MVP and recently sat down with Kelly Wagman from the System Center team to talk about some real world experiences he's had deploying our products.
In this video, Michael talks about using Virtual Machine Manager to deploy SharePoint in a virtual environment.  He talks about disaster recovery and quickly provisioning a SharePoint farm.
