I believe the Exchange 2010 will make a hit in the computer market during the next year. But other competitors must have been preparing theirs too, so Windows should have a good strategy and what-if planning.

Very very cool. I'm glad that this was outlined with video. I'm a pretty techy type (I run my own ecommerce store at the umbrella stroller shop), but it would have been difficult for me to grasp the concept if I had to read in an article.
