Implementing Terminal Services Gateway with ISA Server

Ive been asked a number of times now how to correctly configure the TS gateway to work with ISA Server. In my case I use ISA 2004 though this will also work with ISA 2006 aswell. At the end of the demo I also touch on Softgrid for app publishing and how you can publish Softgrid applications with TS Web access and Remote Programs.
