ILM User Provisioning with Bobby Gill

Bobby is a PM on the Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) team.  In this interview, Bobby walks us through how to automate common tasks associated with adding new users to a company's infrastructure, without writing any code.  Using the ILM console, he shows us how a user account can be created, then automatically generate an email to the administrator with the new user's password, as well as automatically join the user to appropriate security groups.
