This past week at TechEd, I interviewed an attendee that has leveraged the Microsoft Thrive sight which provides resources for IT Pros. These resources focus on improving your skills through training and certification, identifying career opportunities, and identifying new cost saving business practices. Check out what this TechEd attendee has to say about Thrive and what he is doing right now in this economic climate to Thrive!

Thanks I really do appreciate this another problem I have been having is finding technical audio books

"In response to the state of the economic downturn, Microsoft has launched a page on its website designed to help IT professionals. Microsoft Thrive, which is entirely Silverlight-based, has various resources that are divided into three sections: Advance Your Career, Enhance Your Technical Skills, and Align IT with Business. When you first load up the site, a one-minute video rather annoyingly starts playing in the bottom left."

I would also like a way to contribute technical knowledge user created documents webcasts podcasts
