Colin shares a couple recent and real examples of email going to the wrong people, or at the wrong time, and talks about some of the new features in Exchange 2010 that can prevent some of those things from happening.
How about moderating emails, so a manager can approve mails sent external to the company? Or automatically applying Rights Management to emails based on sender, or recipient, or contents? Also some new features for auditing and archiving mail.
