When we last left off
, Tad had just taken us through the install process for Terminal Services. Today, he whiteboards the TS Gateway connection process for us, and then demos how to publish an app. It takes him all of about 13 minutes to do it.
(for those of you keeping track at home, that means we went from 0 to apps published on the Internet in under 24 minutes).

When we don't get to actually meet the people at Microsoft who make the product we administrate all day, sometimes its hard to put a personality on that product.
