When we don't get to actually meet the people at Microsoft who make the product we administrate all day, sometimes its hard to put a personality on that product. That being said, here are four links to videos with the team as they talk about the new features and functionality you'll be seeing soon in Server 2008 Terminal Services. http://edge.technet.com/Media/395/ - Tad talks about what's new with TS in Win2008 http://edge.technet.com/Media/405/ - Tad explains the TS Gateway and RemoteApp publishing http://edge.technet.com/Media/407/ - Sriram whiteboards...
Trackback from Realtime Community | Windows Server

<evnet:views>0</evnet:views><evnet:viewtrackingurl>http://edge.technet.com/Media/395/Trackbacks/656/WebViewBug.aspx?EVT=0</evnet:viewtrackingurl><evnet:previewtext>I saw this post not long ago and figured it could use a little added attention. I have really enjoyed working with the product and being a part of its growth along the way. But, my biggest interest personally has been the Terminal Server, as that is one part of the WS08 that I can actually utilize most advantageously in my own home network environment. This segment of your presentation for the WS08 has been most helpful, and explained a lot of the 'whys' that go into the instructions. Being a visual learner, seeing the steps and going through the motions is a much bigger help in learning than merely reading the instructions.

Wendy Stidmon and all the WS08 Beta Team members are truly super in guiding us through all the many pitfalls we newbies run into, and it is great to be able to associate with some of those in the background we never see of hear from in the beta newsgroups.

Thank you for putting this together, it will be a true benefit for many of us who are just getting started in the server world, and I am truly looking forward to the rest of the presentation. I am going to pass the word along about this information so that others will have the opportunity to take advantage of this presentation.
