I've been down this road. On the Vista box add the SBS Server url as a trusted site.

Vista help gives this statement, which could explain the problems I have read about using vista to connect to xp. I wouldn't be surprised if the same statement applies to server 2003. Would this explain the problem?

What version of RDC are you using? Also, I'm assuming that this is outside of the firewall, have the correct ports unblocked or connecting from within a VPN?

Yes only from Vista remote Desktop connection works fine in my pc's running XP, this change of advanced Tab i have to do it in the server remote desktop client utility , Right?

do you have problems only from Vista? does it work ok on other machines? on the advanced tab of the remote desktop client, make sure server authentication is not set to 'do not connect.'
