Exchange 2007 synch problem.

I'm constantly getting some syncronization error in Outlook 2007 and 2010 that some resource couldn't be found. It doesn't tell me what couldn't be found though. I already tried restoring/repairing and defragmenting the databases with ESEUTIL (/r /p /d) but the error still occurs. So I enabled logging, and this is what I get:
