The CPU fan went out on my system. They could not find the right part. The system was down for 2 months because they kept sending the wrong part to me. They finally agreed to replace my system with another one. The system they said I could replace it with had a slower CPU and less capabilities than my system. Finally after talking with the manager they found another store with a similar system. It had a slower video card but it was close enough to the system that I had. The only reason I went through them in the first place was for the system warrantee. Never again will I go through them.
