Hi - I'm the site manager for the SharePoint sites on TechNet. Just wanted to let you know that we've pulled together a Windows Server 2008 Resource Center for SharePoint Products and Technologies page to provide IT pros with resources to help deploy Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and SharePoint Server 2007 to Windows Server 2008. As more content is published, I'll add it to this resource page.

Recently, I've started playing with Terminal Services quite a bit since the release of RC1 and it has become my new best friend. :) The component of TS that really sales it for me has to be TS Web Access as it has made it incredibly simple to quickly deploy an application that my users can access via a familiar browser based experience. Great stuff indeed!

Right now, Terminal services would have to be my most anticipated feature (role?) :)

And although I don't really have a use for it, I love the idea of Server core + RODC.

I appreciate your correcting my thinking concerning WSS. I had assumed that since WSS was present in RC0 that it would follow into subsequent builds and beyond, but I guess I can still grab a copy from the Web. Also, I have to agree with you concerning the new MMC interface as well as the new Server Manager at large. A unified management experience is a big thing for me personally as I won't have to navigate multiple windows to get something done.

I look forward to: NAP, the new print-engine in Terminal Services, the AD related enhancements, the new MMC, the Core editions, the new shared configuration in IIS 7, Hyper-V and other stuff i cant remember right now.

Awesome! I hadn't heard about the product codenamed "Cougar" until now and after some research it's looking like I'll be picking up a 64-bit machine just to play with it. This seems to me to be the successor to SBS 2003 and WOW what a value with all those technologies packed into one product! Any word on pricing yet?

I'm not looking forward to a actual feature but more to an actual release and that being Cougar because if I have read correctly its going to intergrate Exchange Server 2007, ISA Server, SQL Server to name a few, this will be a great package for small business.
